Kashew cheese is an artisan plant-based cheese made from organic cashew nuts grown in the finest terroir of Ninh Thuận, Vietnam. Using traditional cheesemaking methods of fermentation and aging, we create a unique product with minimal intervention and simple ingredients. It's rich in probiotics, plant protein, and healthy fats-nourishing for digestion, energy, and heart health.

Our cheeses are creamy, tangy, and full of depth-similar to traditional dairy cheese, but lighter and easier to digest. Each variety (aged, kream, fresh) has its own texture and flavor profile.

We source organic cashews from Ninh Thuận, where farmers use polycropping to avoid pesticides and fertilizers. Our cashew source is also one of the only organic-certified coffee farms in Vietnam, reflecting a deep commitment to sustainable agriculture.

We complement this with local herbs, spices, and fresh produce from trusted regenerative farms across Vietnam.
