SHIPPING POLICY
In order to deliver a customized shopping experience, we have two different two ordering systems for our Store & Kitchen.
  1. Shop: kashewcheese.com - consists of all our retail products which we deliver same or next day within HCMC. Outside HCMC delivery is available for specific products only (coming soon). When an order is placed through this system, you'll receive a confirmation email with the delivery time.
  2. Kitchen: https://kashewcheese.com/pages/deli-kitchen - consists of food & drinks from our deli kitchen/bar (sandwiches, cheeseboards, drinks, etc.) and some of our deli products. This app offers same-day restaurant delivery. Depending on your location, you'll receive an instant order confirmation with a time of delivery on average 45mins.
For orders within Hồ Chí Minh City placed between Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 20:00, you can expect your products to be delivered via our delivery partner, Lalamove or Ahamove. 

For orders outside of Hồ Chí Minh City, we use the postal service. The time it takes to deliver your products depends on your location, and the shipping fee is charged according to the fees of the delivery service.

You are welcome to pick up your purchase directly from Kashew Deli Space at 14 Tran Ngoc Dien, District 2, Hồ Chí Minh City from Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 20:00.
