Job Overview:
We currently have an opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Kashew Cheese Deli. The right candidate mut have true passion for food & beverage, have the ability to multi-task, maintain composure under pressure, and display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and follow-through.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in training, coaching, and “service champion” for new staff (provide positive and constructive feedback)
- Communicate standard operation procedures to staff to assure quality and consistency of service
- Assure the needs of guests are continually being met courteously and professionally throughout their visit
- Up-sell/suggestively sell food and beverages. Look into ways to increase check average and broaden guest experience
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer requests & complaints
- Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, organization, and maintenance of the restaurant space
- Deliver service excellence as per Kashew SOPS and maximize customer satisfaction
- Support in monitoring operational costs and identify measures to reduce wastage
- Maintain par levels of beverage and other F&B supplies required for the operation
- To attend/receive any job-related training as required
- To attend meetings and training courses as may be necessary
Requirements:
- 2+years of proven work experience as a Restaurant / F&B Supervisor or a similar role
- Very good food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- High levels of personal hygiene and appearance
