Nationwide in Vietnam: We ship packaged goods (aged cheese, kream cheese, pesto, yogurt, milk and breads) safely to every province within 24-48 hours.
For orders within Ho Chi Minh City, once your order is confirmed online, our team will contact you to reconfirm the delivery time.
Delivery usually takes 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your location.
At checkout, you can also select your preferred delivery time for added convenience.
For orders outside of Ho Chi Minh City, shipping typically takes 24 to 48 hours, depending on when the order is placed. Your products will arrive fresh and chilled right at your door.
We accept cash, credit card payments online, and bank transfers.
For in-store purchases, you can also pay by card, transfer or cash directly at the deli.
We package your food and drinks with care using eco-friendly materials, aiming for minimal plastic wherever possible, while ensuring neccesary food and safety standards.
Hot and cold items are packed separately to maintain their quality, and everything is clearly labeled for your convenience.
For nationwide delivery, products are carefully packed in styrofoam boxes with gel ice and dry ice to maintain a temperature of 0–4 °C, ensuring they arrive fresh and perfectly chilled.
