Kashew Mozzarella is a spongy, melty, and light fresh cheese. A plant-based take on the world-famous Italian mozzarella cheese which can be served fresh or cooked. Our version is made with cashew and tapioca and is able to melt, brown and bubble just light the real thing! It's great as a dairy-free replacement on pizza or as a fresh uncooked cheese in sandwiches and salads.
