Gazur is a wine that represents the fruit character of an extensive Ribera del Duero, a mixture of soils, villages and latitudes. This wine is sourced from certified organic vineyards. Plum, berry and raisin aromas mix with funk and animal fur on the bouquet. This is big, gritty and chunky on the palate, with ripe, baked flavors of plum and raisin. Despite showing some tannic bite, this is mostly soft and sticky on the finish.
