Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Kashew Cheese Deli. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the deli, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, and managing a team of employees.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the deli, including coaching, training, and scheduling of employees
• Ensure high-quality guest experiences by maintaining cleanliness standards, managing wait times, and improving overall guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain an efficient kitchen operation
• Develop and implement new policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional and sales initiatives
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
• Experience in the food service industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
