Kashew Fresh Cheese range is made from locally sourced cashew nuts and uses traditional cheese-making techniques to create a unique texture and flavour without any dairy. Compared with our Kashew Aged Cheese and Kream Cheese, the Fresh Cheese range contains no cultures and is unfermented and unaged, which gives it light, fresh and subtle flavours. Kashew Ricotta is great for stirring into pasta, Kashew Mozzarella is great for pizza and other hot food since it browns and bubbles just like the real thing.
