We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and experienced Service Staff to join our team at Kashew Cheese Deli! As a Service Staff member, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure the food and beverage service runs smoothly, deliver high-quality customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver prompt and courteous food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Greet customers as they arrive, provide them with menus, and make suggestions on menu items.

- Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.

- Serve food and beverages accurately, promptly, and courteously.

- Clear and clean tables after customers leave and set them for new customers.

- Perform cash handling and use the POS system for payment transactions.

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food and beverage orders and ensure a smooth dining experience.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in restaurant service is preferred, but not required.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude.

- Good verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Vietnamese.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

- Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn and grow.
